At DaeGlo Studio, we deeply respect your time and the dedication of our skin experts. To maintain smooth scheduling and provide the best service to all clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the full cost of the service will be charged.
Please understand that refunds are not offered for missed or late-canceled appointments. Booking an appointment with DaeGlo Studio signifies your agreement to this policy.
1. Arrival Time Policy
To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time to complete any necessary paperwork if it's your first visit and helps you begin your relaxation.
2. Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. We will do our best to give you the full service you booked, but please be mindful of the time.
3. Treatment Modifications
If you have any preferences or concerns about your treatment, please inform us at the beginning of your session so we can tailor the experience to your needs.
4. Health and Allergy Information
For your safety, please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your treatment. This includes any recent skin treatments, injuries, or conditions we should be aware of.
5. Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase and can be redeemed for any service or product at DaeGlo. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. No-Show Fee
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service amount. To avoid this, please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
7. Behavioral Expectations
We want everyone to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing environment. Any inappropriate behavior, including disruptive or rude conduct, will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary.
8. Pregnancy and Medical Conditions
If you are pregnant or have any medical conditions (e.g., heart conditions, skin sensitivities, etc.), please consult with your doctor before booking treatments. Let us know so we can modify services accordingly.
9. Children
We love kids, but for the safety of your little ones, we cannot accommodate children in our facial rooms. Allow this time to be a self-care moment for you and you only :)
10. Pets
Although we love our furry friends, our studio is designed with an open format shared among all guests. To be mindful of allergies and safety, we cannot accommodate pets in our facial rooms.
11. Noise
Our studio is designed with an open format shared among all guests, to be mindful of others' experience, please refrain from speaking on the phone during your facial and using your indoor voice while in the studio.
